A coupon code is in other words a cashback voucher. Such a form of discount means that you receive the corresponding value back after your rental period is done. The discount value will not be reflected in the price while making a booking.

Where to get discounts for bookings through HAPPYCAR?

Our coupon codes are available in special promotions or newsletters. Sometimes, our partners also organize competitions where you can win car rental discounts from us.

How to redeem a coupon code?

The discount code can be entered during the booking process in the dedicated field.

The voucher value will not be deducted from the price for this booking. The amount will only be refunded after your rental car trip. After the end of the rental period, you will receive an email from HAPPYCAR in which we ask for your bank details. Once you have given us your IBAN and BIC or SWIFT code, routing number, and account number, the refund will be arranged.

What are the conditions?

Discount conditions are included in the message / newsletter that contains the discount code. The voucher value, the minimum booking value and expiration date should be outlined there.

Is there a minimum order value?

Whether there is a minimum order value for the voucher depends on the respective promotion. This is usually indicated in the discount code or the information about the promotion.

What if the discount code was not entered at the time of booking?

You can send us an e-mail or call us. If it is compatible with the discount conditions and possible, we can try to enter it afterwards. However, there is no guarantee that this is always possible.

Is it possible to buy a coupon code as a gift?

No. This coupon is not suitable as a gift.
