If you are not able to pick up your booked car at the given time, please contact the local rental company immediately. Please refer to your voucher for contact details.
If you are picking up your car at the airport, we ask you to enter your flight number in the booking form under, "Main driver's personal details."
The HAPPYCAR team would like to point out that the booked car can NOT be guaranteed in the case of a late pickup. The car rental company reserves the right to rent the vehicle to another party. There is no right to a refund of the rental price.
