How can I cancel a rental car booking?
To cancel, re-book, or extend a rental car reservation, the following options are available:
- You can contact the provider of your rental car booking. The contact details are mentioned in the rental documents

Tip: To cancel your rental car, please have your reservation number ready (available on the rental voucher and the booking confirmation email).
Until when can I cancel my booking for free?
Cancellation up to 48 hours before a scheduled pick-up - your booking will be cancelled and fully refunded. This service applies even if the respective car rental supplier states different cancellation conditions.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before a scheduled pick-up - the specified general terms and conditions of the respective rental car provider apply (for example cancellation fees).
Note: The cancellation request can be submitted anytime, however, it will only be reviewed during our working hours and 48 hours before pick up).
How much is the cancellation fee?
For some providers, the cancellation fee is fixed and amounts 50 EUR, while for the others it equals the prepayment done for the booking.
Can I modify my booking?
