Once you have made a booking through HAPPYCAR, you will receive a confirmation email containing a button to the Booking Status page. This button appears at the bottom of your booking receipt email:

You can see information such as the pick-up and drop-off location of your rental car, rental period, the category of car reserved, and the car rental company. Additionally, the page will display a payment overview, your contact information, and insurance information.
Is it possible to modify the booking via the Booking Status page?
No, the Booking Status page is reserved to monitor the status of your booking. If you need to modify your booking, such as extending the rental period or changing the pickup location, you will need to contact our Customer Support team.
What to do if the information on the Booking Status page is incorrect?
If you notice incorrect information on the Booking Status page, such as an incorrect pick-up time or location, you must contact the HAPPYCAR Customer Support immediately. We will be able to assist you in correcting the information and make sure that your rental car booking is accurate.
Is it possible to cancel the reservation using the Booking Status page?
Yes, you can cancel your booking via the Booking Status page up to 72 hours before pickup. If you need to cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to pickup, you will need to contact our Customer Support team.
What to do if I cannot cancel the booking via Booking Status page?
If you cannot cancel your booking via the Booking Status page please contact our Customer Support team. As per our terms and conditions cancellation requests up to 24 hours before a scheduled pick-up can be processed for free and hence the deducted amount will be fully refunded. The cancellation request can be submitted anytime, however, it will only be reviewed during our opening times.
