Please attach the following documents:
- Description of the incident
- Your mobile phone number
- Copy of the rental contract
- Damage and police report (if applicable)
- Proof of payment (credit card statement or card charge slip)
- Bank account details (IBAN/BIC)
Please provide all information in as much detail as possible.
We will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
