If you are not able to pick up your booked car at the given time, please contact the local rental company immediately. Please refer to your voucher for contact details.
In case you are not on site at the agreed time, the rental company might assume that you will no longer appear and can change the booking status to “no-show”. The “no-show” status means that your booking is canceled by the supplier without refund and the car may have already been rented to another customer. The grace period, how long a rental car company keeps the car available for a customer in case of a delay, varies from company to company between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Hence, the HAPPYCAR team would like to point out that it is very important that you immediately and independently contact the supplier in the event of a delay.
